The purpose of this page is to chronicle my ongoing quest to gain 6 pounds of lean muscle mass. Given the health and wellness climate of the day, it seems odd that I would bring up my challenge of having to gain weight, but I think we are so used to hearing about people trying to lose weight, yet there is a realistic concern of people like myself that do not have any major health concerns that the focus of nutrition and overall health is focused on weight, particularly weight-loss. My everyday is about finding the right balance in my diet so that I can continue to eat well but also put on more lean muscle mass. I am not a big eater, so any additional servings at meals becomes a greater challenge for me.
